Do ship the flowers as fast as you can manage to ship them
Do label the box ‘FRAGILE’
Do ask for help if you’re feeling stressed
Do pick a box with enough room so your flowers don’t get squished
Do use lots of packing paper
Please do include your order number and name!
Do send me a picture of the flowers before you ship, and how you packaged them in case your shipper is careless! (If the shipper is careless and either damages or loses your box, you could potentially be entitled to insurance on the damaged package.)

IMPORTANT! Please don’t surprise us with a floral shipment. It is mandatory to have an initial consultation and place an order from this website before shipping any flowers to our studio. We can not guarantee service to anyone who ships their flowers to us without prior communication or a creative contract in place.
Don’t leave the shipping to the last moment, or WORSE, forget
Don’t use plastic wrap, plastic bags, or cling wrap
Don’t include moist paper towels
Don’t spray or spritz your flowers
Don’t cram your flowers into a box that is too small
Don’t surprise me with items I am not expecting - like charms, necklaces, or other sentimental items. Please let me know to expect these.
